so! carol has been through some shit. kidnapping, mind-control, rape, forced impregnation, and traumatic memory loss are all things that have happened to her recently. these are also things/themes/what-have-you that may come up in threads--specifically threads in which there is a certain level of physical or possibly emotional intimacy.
